Show your feet some love by walking barefoot in the natural gardens of Sten Lodge. Wearing shoes constantly has made our feet sensitive. Our feet enjoy the touch of mother earth and benefit from barefoot walking. This simple act helps us reconnect with the earth, easing knee and joint pain, back pain, and even improving digestion.
