Welcome to Sten Lodge. These Terms & Conditions apply to your stay with us. By booking through Booking.com and staying at our property, you agree to the following terms.

1. General

Sten Lodge is a hospitality accommodation located in Melo, Manggarai Barat, Flores, Indonesia. We are legally registered as part of PT Dapur Tara Flores and operate in accordance with Indonesian law.

All bookings and payments are processed through Booking.com. By making a reservation, you also agree to Booking.com’s terms and conditions.

2. Bookings & Reservations

Reservations are made exclusively through Booking.com
Booking confirmation, payment, and cancellation are handled by Booking.com
Please ensure all guest information (names, arrival times, special requests) is accurate when booking

3. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in time: 14:00 (2:00 PM)
Check-out time: 11:00 (11:00 AM)
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability
Please inform us of your estimated arrival time, especially if arriving late

4. Guest Registration

Indonesian law requires all non-Indonesian citizens to provide passport copies for immigration reporting.

Upon arrival, we will:

Request a copy of your passport (photo page)
Submit this information to Indonesian Immigration authorities as legally required
Store this data securely and only for legal compliance purposes

Failure to provide required identification may result in our inability to accommodate your stay.

5. Guest Responsibilities

During your stay at Sten Lodge, you agree to:

Respect property rules, staff instructions, and other guests
Use facilities responsibly and report any damages immediately
Follow local customs and Indonesian laws
Inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs

6. Liability & Safety

Sten Lodge is not responsible for:

Loss or damage to personal belongings
Injuries resulting from guest negligence or failure to follow safety instructions
Delays, disruptions, or cancellations caused by weather, transportation issues, government restrictions, or other force majeure events

We maintain the property to high safety standards and will assist guests in emergencies to the best of our ability.

7. Privacy & Data Collection

Guest data collected at Sten Lodge is used solely for:

Legal compliance (immigration reporting)
Communication about your stay
Safety and security

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably where possible; otherwise, they fall under Indonesian jurisdiction.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
