Dapur Tara Flores Restaurant is located 30 min from Labuan Bajo. We are a community based traditional Flores restaurant. Our specialitiy is traditional Flores Food with ingredients mainly from our organic garden and from our surrounding farmers. The food is prepared over wood fire with Love and Smile.

Smoked chicken and Bamboo rice
Bamboo rice and smoked chicken is one of the specialties in our restaurant. Fresh chicken is prepared early morning in our Open Fire kitchen. It is included in the Lunch. The Lunch also comes with red rice, crispy papaya, lomak, pinepple sambal, coffe/tea and snacks.

You are always welcome for a Herbal Coffee, The herbal coffee contains Manggarai coffee, cloves, white turmeric, pandan leaves, ginger, cinnamon, galangal, ginger. In addition to that smile and love.
Coffee Manggarai (Rustica, Arabica) and Herbal Tea is also available. The herbal tea is made with herbs from our organic gardens. We offer Herbal Tea with Lemongrass, Rosella, Mint, Ginger, White Turmeric and more.

Dining outside at Dapur Tara Flores Restaurant is dining in the middle of the nature. You can listen to the birds and feel the fresh air enhance your appetite.
If you prefer eating your Food elsewhere we prepare the food in natural packaging for pick-up. We also deliver to your location in Labuan Bajo with surroundings.
Bamboo Rice (Nasi Kolo)
Bamboo Rice is a local speciality. Red and white rice is cooked inside the hollow Bamboo over open fire. You must try it!
Smoked chicken
Our smoked chicken is one of the highlights on the menu. We smoke the chicken in our wood fire kitchen.
